Asphalt Diamond Blade (SB-A) – BD Loops 14” Asphalt diamond blade has a hard bond, allowing it to cut easily into abrasive material such as asphalt. The 3/16” width is the perfect size for cutting in saw-cut loops. In addition, each blade is marked with a blade depth so you know how deep to cut. These high quality diamond blades have cut over 200 loops in test marketing. We are excited to unveil this new blade at FENCETECH’17.

Booth #5068 - VEKA Outdoor Living Products

VEKA Outdoor Living Products will introduce a new color to its Pinnacle laminate platform for fence and rail profiles.  Since its launch in 2014, VEKA's Pinnacle® laminates for PVC have grown beyond the company's expectations.  The initial introduction of the Pinnacle platform featured 6 colored and wood grain laminates. 

The selection of foils has proven to significantly contribute to our customer’s growth in colored fence and rail sales.  Pinnacle sales have increased each year since its launch. Not a surprising trend considering the increased demand for color options in both residential and commercial applications. 

The realistic surfaces fulfill the AAMA 307 and 303 test requirements for superior performing laminated profiles. Both third-party inspection agencies and internal testing indicate that Pinnacle laminates are suitable for some of the harshest climates and are guaranteed for a period of 10 years.  The laminate surface resists abrasion, mortar, detergents, and chemicals, in addition to demonstrating superior performance
and low heat build-up in areas of high-incident solar radiation, such as the desert South West.
One of the biggest challenges for the vinyl industry has been available dark color selection for vinyl profiles. The introduction of Pinnacle hit the mark for VEKA and provided the right solution for its customers.  Colors like bronze, and Walnut have been the darkest color solutions capable of meeting or exceeding ASTM requirements, until now.

VEKA is happy to report that it has improved on its previous color technology and is introducing a true black option.  Testing for Black Onyx has been completed, and results are impressive. Black Onyx performs up to 10% better in regards to heat build-up when compared to Pinnacle Bronze. Currently planning a sales launch by first quarter of 2017, VEKA will be previewing the new laminate at the upcoming Fencetech Show in San Antonio.
